Apple will pay $95 million to settle a class-action lawsuit alleging its Siri voice assistant intercepted private conversations. Affected US users of Siri-enabled devices between September 17, 2014, and December 31, 2024, who experienced unintended activations during private conversations have until July 2, 2025, to claim up to $100. Each claimant can request up to $20 per device (maximum five). Apple denies wrongdoing.
