Veteran soap opera actress Denise Alexander, known for her roles as Lesley Webber on "General Hospital" and Susan Martin on "Days of Our Lives," passed away on March 5th. Her death was recently announced. Alexander, whose career spanned decades, debuted on Broadway and appeared in numerous television classics. Her portrayal of Dr. Lesley Webber on "General Hospital", one of daytime TV's first female doctors, earned her an Emmy nomination and immense fan loyalty. She last appeared on the show in 2021.
