John Cena will defend his WWE Championship against Randy Orton at Backlash on May 10th. On the go-home SmackDown, Cena verbally attacked Orton, highlighting his perceived flaws. A fake Orton attempted an RKO, but was quickly defeated by Cena. However, the real Orton then surprised Cena with an RKO, setting the stage for their title match.
