The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services announced a potential measles exposure at the St. Louis Aquarium on April 30th between 1-6 p.m. An infected individual from outside St. Louis visited the aquarium and a local restaurant. The health department urges anyone who may have been exposed to monitor for symptoms (fever, cough, rash) and contact their local health department. Measles is highly contagious, especially among the unvaccinated. This is Missouri's second confirmed measles case this year.
