Apple reportedly plans to alter its iPhone release schedule in 2026, launching its first foldable iPhone alongside the iPhone 18 Pro and 'Air' models. The standard iPhone 18 will be delayed until spring 2027, alongside an iPhone 16E successor. This adjustment aims to manage a growing six-iPhone product line, with the foldable expected to have a book-style design, featuring a 5.7-inch closed screen and a near 8-inch open display. Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo anticipates a slim 4.5-4.8mm unfolded thickness and the use of Face ID.
