Big Loud Records has sold a minority stake in Morgan Wallen's music catalog to Chord Music Partners for a reported $200 million. The deal, supported by several partners including Universal Music Group, aims to expand Big Loud's global reach and invest in artist development. Chord Music Partners, a firm backed by Dundee Partners and formerly KKR, owns a vast catalog of music copyrights.
