Cardinal Chibly Langlois of Haiti will be the first Haitian to participate in a papal conclave, voting for the next pope. Langlois, who has served in various Vatican roles, praised Pope Francis' ministry, highlighting his attention to Haiti and focus on the vulnerable. He's one of two Caribbean cardinal electors, alongside Cuba's Cardinal Juan García Rodríguez, in the conclave starting May 7th.
