Rachel Zegler, fresh off her Disney princess role, will star in the comedy-drama "She Gets It From Me." The film, directed by Julia von Heinz, follows Zegler's character as she searches for her estranged, ex-punk rocker mother played by Marisa Tomei. Based on a true story, the movie explores their complex relationship with humor and emotional depth. Production companies 3311 Productions, Seven Elephants, and Embankment Films are involved in the project, which is currently launching global pre-sales at Cannes.
