DHL will restart global shipments worth over $800 to US consumers

DHL has resumed accepting business-to-consumer (B2C) shipments to the US valued over $800. This follows a temporary suspension earlier this month due to new US customs regulations requiring formal processing for shipments above this value. DHL worked to increase clearance capacity and engaged in discussions with US authorities to optimize customs procedures. The resumption is effective immediately. This follows other disruptions, including Hong Kong's postal service halting US shipments due to expiring tariff exemptions, leading some e-commerce companies like Temu and Shein to raise prices.
