Austin Public Health (APH) confirmed a second measles case this year, involving a vaccinated adult who may have been exposed while traveling outside Texas. The individual visited several Austin locations between April 16th and 20th, prompting APH to release a list of potential exposure sites. APH urges individuals who visited these locations during the specified times to monitor for symptoms. This follows a previous measles case in an unvaccinated infant in February and a larger outbreak in West Texas affecting over 600 unvaccinated individuals.
