Netflix has announced a Heartstopper movie to serve as the series finale, fulfilling fans' hopes for a proper ending to Nick and Charlie's story. The film, written by Alice Oseman and directed by Wash Westmoreland, will adapt the final graphic novel volume. Starring Joe Locke and Kit Connor, who are also executive producers, filming is set for summer 2025. The decision follows Season 3's slightly lower viewership but acknowledges the show's cultural impact and LGBTQ+ representation.
