Nintendo announced US and Canadian pre-orders for the Switch 2 will open April 24th, priced at $450 (or $500 bundled with Mario Kart World). Despite earlier tariff-related delays, the base console price remains unchanged, though accessory prices will increase due to market conditions. Pre-orders will be available directly from Nintendo (with priority given to long-time Switch Online subscribers) and major retailers like Best Buy, GameStop, Walmart, and Target. The Switch 2 launches June 5th.
