A new Star Wars standalone film, "Star Wars: Starfighter," is slated for release on May 28, 2027. Set approximately five years after "The Rise of Skywalker," the film will feature Jedi or Force-sensitive characters and is directed by Shawn Levy, with Ryan Gosling starring.
