The New York City Office of Chief Medical Examiner has determined that actress Michelle Trachtenberg's death at age 39 was due to complications from diabetes mellitus. The ruling came after a review of toxicology results, which confirmed a natural cause of death. Trachtenberg, known for her roles in *Harriet the Spy* and *Buffy the Vampire Slayer*, was found unresponsive in February. Her family had previously declined an autopsy.
