Google's text-to-video AI, Veo 2, is now available to Gemini Advanced subscribers. Users can create eight-second, 720p videos via text prompts, with a monthly usage limit. The model boasts improved realism and fluid movement, incorporating SynthID watermarks. Google One AI Premium subscribers also gain access to Whisk Animate, transforming images into short videos using Veo 2. Previously, Veo 2 was a paid service on Vertex AI and integrated into YouTube's Dream Screen.
