Tom Aspinall’s heavyweight title defense against Ciryl Gane ended in a no-contest after an accidental double eyepoke in Round 1 left Aspinall unable to see from his right eye despite the five-minute break. Before the stoppage, Gane’s jab and footwork had him edging the striking, bloodying the champion and stuffing a takedown as both traded low kicks. Earlier, Mackenzie Dern captured the vacant strawweight title with a unanimous decision over Virna Jandiroba, and Umar Nurmagomedov outpointed Mario Bautista 30-27 across the board, snapping Bautista’s eight-fight winning streak.
