LSU finalizing exit with Scott Woodward

Days after Brian Kelly was pushed out at LSU, athletic director Scott Woodward is expected to leave as well, with the university and Woodward finalizing an exit agreement, according to multiple reports. The shift comes after Louisiana Gov. Jeff Landry said the AD would not lead the search for the next football head coach. Executive deputy athletics director Verge Ausberry is believed to be in line as interim AD, per On3 and Yahoo Sports. Yahoo adds the announcement could come as early as Friday.
