UK police have ruled out terrorism after a mass stabbing on a train in central England left two people in life-threatening condition and sent 11 to hospital. Two British-born men, aged 32 and 35, were arrested within eight minutes after the train, traveling from Doncaster to London King’s Cross, made an unplanned stop at Huntingdon. Officers say it’s too early to discuss motive. Witnesses recalled chaos, bloodied seats and panicked passengers; a witness believed a suspect was tasered. Defense Secretary John Healey called it an isolated attack. King Charles sent deepest sympathies.
