At least 23 people were killed when a store in downtown Hermosillo, the capital of Sonora, caught fire on Saturday, Governor Alfonso Durazo said in a video on his official social media page. He added that others were injured and that the victims included minors, and ordered an investigation into the cause. The state Public Security department said it had ruled out any attack.
