Five Hospitalized After Helicopter Crash in Huntington Beach

Five people were hospitalized after a helicopter crashed in Huntington Beach on Saturday afternoon, just after 2 p.m. near Pacific Coast Highway and Huntington Street, officials said. The two aboard were pulled safely from the wreckage, while three pedestrians on the street were injured. Police shut PCH between Huntington Street and Beach Boulevard around 3 p.m. and urged people to avoid the area for hours. Social media video showed the helicopter spinning several times before hitting palm trees and a building just off the beach. The cause remains unclear.
