'Fresh Prince of Bel-Air' child actor Floyd Roger Myers Jr. dies at 42

Floyd Roger Myers Jr., known for playing a young Will Smith in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, died Wednesday at 42, his family said. His sister, Tyree Trice, confirmed the news on a GoFundMe seeking help with funeral costs and support for his four children. “He was a devoted father, loving brother, and friend,” she wrote. Myers also appeared in The Jacksons: An American Dream and Young Americans, and co-founded the nonprofit Fellaship Men’s Group to create a safe space for men facing emotional and mental health challenges.
