Sources: Billups charged; Rozier, Jones in related case

Law enforcement sources told ABC News that Portland Trail Blazers coach Chauncey Billups has been charged in an illegal poker operation tied to the Mafia and was arrested in Oregon ahead of a Thursday court appearance. In a separate but related case, Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier and former Cavaliers player and assistant Damon Jones were among six charged with using inside information to place unlawful wagers.
