Benches clear at Game 7 of World Series after LA's Wrobleski hits Toronto's Giménez with fastball

Game 7 in Toronto boiled over in the fourth when Dodgers left-hander Justin Wrobleski hit Blue Jays shortstop Andrés Giménez on the right hand, prompting both benches and bullpens to clear. Umpire Jordan Baker intervened as Wrobleski moved toward the plate yelling, and crew chief Mark Wegner issued warnings after a four-minute pause. On the next batter, George Springer lined a ball back off Wrobleski’s left leg but he stayed in. Wrobleski struck out Nathan Lukes, left to boos, and Tyler Glasnow entered with the Dodgers trailing 3-1; Vladimir Guerrero Jr. lined to center to end the inning.
