U.K. Police Investigate Possible Link Between Train Attack and Stabbing of 14-Year-Old

British authorities are examining whether Anthony Williams, 32, charged Monday with 11 counts of attempted murder, is linked to earlier incidents before a Saturday night train stabbing rampage. Eleven people were hospitalized with serious injuries after the London-bound attack; hours earlier, a separate assault at a London train station left one person with facial injuries. Police later said a Friday stabbing of a 14-year-old in Peterborough and two sightings of a man with a knife near a barbershop may be connected. Officers searched with dogs but did not apprehend the suspect.
