Pelosi, Mullin say arrest law-breaking federal agents

With immigration raids expected in the Bay Area, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Rep. Kevin Mullin warned that local authorities could arrest federal agents who violate California law. The approach, proposed by San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins, would rely on reviewing footage of alleged excessive force and seeking warrants, in coordination with city police.
