At least one person was killed and six others wounded in a Saturday night shooting at Lincoln University in Pennsylvania, authorities said. Gunfire erupted outside the International Cultural Center during homecoming festivities after a football game, creating "a chaotic scene," said Chester County District Attorney Chris de Barrena-Sarobe. One person was detained with a firearm as investigators consider the possibility of another shooter; officials do not believe it was a planned mass shooting. The case is being probed by federal, state and local agencies, and Gov. Josh Shapiro offered support.
