Diego Pavia’s 1-yard dive with 1:52 left lifted No. 10 Vanderbilt past No. 15 Missouri 17-10 in Nashville, extending the Commodores’ best start in more than 80 years. Vanderbilt moved to 7-1 (3-1 SEC), earning a program-first third win over AP Top 25 foes despite a season-low 265 yards and eight penalties. CJ Heard’s late fumble recovery set up the winning march, and Makhilyn Young earlier ripped an 80-yard TD. Missouri lost quarterback Beau Pribula to a dislocated left ankle; freshman Matt Zollers’ final throw was ruled short of the goal line after review.
