Baltimore coach John Harbaugh said he expects Lamar Jackson to return from a right hamstring injury and start Thursday night at the Dolphins, calling Monday’s walkthrough “great” and expressing strong confidence. Jackson, a two-time MVP, was estimated as a full participant and has missed three games, including Sunday’s 30-16 win over the Bears. Before getting hurt Sept. 28 in Kansas City, he led the league with a 130.5 passer rating (10 TDs, 1 INT). Harbaugh called last week’s practice-report mix-up an honest mistake. Baltimore is 74-32 with Jackson since 2018, and 5-12 without him.
