Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels dislocated his left elbow late in Sunday’s loss to the Seahawks and is out indefinitely, with an MRI today to assess the damage, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter. The injury came with 7:29 left when linebacker Drake Thomas sacked him; Daniels braced with his left hand and the elbow bent awkwardly. It’s the most serious of his three injuries this year and sparks scrutiny of coach Dan Quinn for keeping him in. At 3-6, a season that opened with Super Bowl hopes now looks lost for a team he led to last year’s NFC title game.
