No survivors found after Tennessee explosives plant blast

Authorities say no survivors are expected after a powerful explosion at an explosives plant in Bucksnort, Tennessee, left 18 people unaccounted for. Humphreys County Sheriff Chris Davis said the mission shifted from rescue to recovery as more than 300 responders combed the site and the FBI conducted rapid DNA tests to identify victims; the ATF is assisting the investigation. Residents described homes shaking, items falling, and a thunderous roar, with smoke rising over the AES facility. There was a previous fatal explosion at the same location in 2014.
