Tampa judge orders arrest after Goudreau absence

A Tampa federal judge issued an arrest warrant for former Green Beret Jordan Goudreau after he skipped a bond hearing tied to weapons-smuggling charges from his failed 2020 Venezuela raid. Filmmaker Jen Gatien, who pledged her $2 million apartment for his release, testified he became abusive, threatened harm, reneged on promises to secure her risk, and texted that he would not go back to jail. A probation officer said his ankle monitor remained in the Tampa area. Prosecutors planned to call an Oklahoma couple about stored assault rifles and alleged pressure to make false statements.
