Judge again blocks Trump administration from deploying National Guard troops to Portland

A federal judge in Oregon temporarily barred the Trump administration from deploying the National Guard to Portland, saying she found no credible evidence protests had grown out of control before troops were federalized. U.S. District Judge Karin Immergut, a Trump appointee, issued the pause after a three-day trial and said a final order will come Friday after reviewing more than 750 exhibits.
