Rep. Nancy Mace berated Charleston airport police due to missing escort, incident report says

U.S. Rep. Nancy Mace allegedly berated officers at Charleston International Airport, loudly cursing and calling them “f**king incompetent,” according to an incident report. Security video shows Mace arriving late in a dark gray sedan and waiting at a known crewmember entrance before officers escorted her minutes later. The officer said airline and TSA staff were upset by her behavior. Mace and her team said heightened threats drive strict security, with a staffer telling the New York Times that “after the world watched Charlie Kirk’s assassination” those threats intensified.
