Petro Accuses US of Murder at Sea

Colombian President Gustavo Petro accused the United States of "murder" after a September strike on a boat in Colombian waters, saying fisherman Alejandro Carranza was killed while his disabled vessel displayed a distress signal. Petro demanded explanations as Donald Trump said the U.S. had targeted a "drug-carrying submarine," killing two.
