ABC News-verified footage captures a man clubbing a Palestinian woman in Turmus’ayya as settlers chased farmers, blocked roads, torched cars and beat people with sticks and stones, witnesses said. American journalist Jasper Nathaniel and Palestinian-American Yaser Alkem say nearby IDF troops failed to intervene despite warnings. The State Department said it prioritizes U.S. citizens’ safety, reported no Americans wounded in Turmus Ayya on Oct. 19, and is monitoring.
