One day after trading Quinnen Williams, the Jets moved his brother to the sideline. Linebacker Quincy Williams, a starter since 2021, told ESPN’s Rich Cimini he has been benched ahead of Week 10 against the Browns after coaches said he has underperformed since training camp. Williams said he is not thrilled but not angry, and aims to work his way back into the plans. He missed four games earlier this year with a shoulder injury and has 22 tackles and 1.5 sacks. Jamien Sherwood and Kiko Mauigoa are expected to start at linebacker.
