A Better Meal's photo and web recipe imports and stepwise cook along impressed but its subscription and discovery focus were a turnoff. Papier's handsome planner proved cramped. Paprika's one time fee, iOS and Android support, and flexible list building, plus a saved "The Regulars" recipe, clicked when paired with a smartwatch to quickly check off items. Without Wear OS support, Google Keep bridged the gap on Android. The hybrid system sped trips and kept lists intact.
